General Conditions of Contract
These General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter “General Conditions”) will apply to all purchases of the products offered through website www.lianiwisdom.com (hereinafter “Products”), and together with the supply, price and description thereof set through said website and, where appropriate, the particular conditions thereof included in this document (particular conditions), will rule the legal relationship between the person who makes a purchase or transaction in the website www.lianiwisdom.com (hereinafter, “Client”) and WISDOM BRANDS CORP. (hereinafter “WBC”).
The validity period of these General Conditions will be the time they remain published on the web, and will refer to the Products at the time these conditions are available.
We can only accept purchases made by people of legal age; therefore, the person who makes a purchase, by the mere fact of making it, declares to be a person of legal age in the jurisdiction where the purchase is made.
Identification of the parties
On one part, WBC is a company formed and existing in the Republic of Panama, which mainly sells clothing, footwear, perfumery and accessories for women, men and children, and offers coaching (advisory) in lifestyle, fashion and personal development.
On other part, the Client, of legal age, whose data are those that have been consigned by themselves in the corresponding forms. All the data included in said forms have been entered directly by them, so the responsibility for their authenticity corresponds, directly and exclusively, to the Client.
Scope of Service
Through website www.lianiwisdom.com (hereinafter, “Website”), WBC provides an online platform through which the Client can place their orders, from among the wide range of products, for subsequent shipment.
By making a purchase, the Client establishes a direct contractual relationship (legally binding) with WBC.
The services provided through the website are for personal and non-commercial use. WBC does not allow the purchase of the Products offered through its website for subsequent resale.
To purchase the Products, it is necessary to register on the website. The Client can register at any time before starting the purchase process or, where appropriate, before confirming the reservation.
In relation to the registration process, the Client is solely responsible for the quality of the input data in the forms, and accepts the obligation to provide true, accurate and complete information about his identity, as requested in the registration, reservation and accreditation forms, as well as to update all the registration data, so that it continues to be true, exact and complete.
The Client may at any time modify and/or update their data by accessing their user profile within the website, but we recommend to always confirm that the input data and/or modified data is correct, especially the email address and telephone contact, to avoid future inconveniences. In order to register, it is essential to be of legal age, being resident in any country in the world.
Once the Client has entered their data and has clicked on the registration button, we will send a confirmation email in order to authenticate the data that they have provided during their registration. The delivery and reception of this email is usually automatic and, in any case, within 24 hours of sending the registration request. If the Client have not received the confirmation email within that period of time, it may be due to a specific communication failure or an error in the email address we have been provided. In both cases, contact WBC as soon as possible via email email@example.com.
If the Client provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete information, or if WBC have sufficient reasons to suspect that said information is false, inaccurate or incomplete, it will have the right to deny access and present or future use of the website, or of any of the services.
All the information of the Products offered by WBC, including, but not limited to, prices, characteristics, description, content, etc., are available to the Client on the website, and will appear on the screen in each case.
WBC will try to make the descriptions of the products that the Client can view next to each one of them, as accurate and useful as possible. However, the colors that the Client visualizes on his screen may vary from the original color of the Product.
The photographs and the data included in each Product card have a merely informative function; therefore, WBC declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information.
Characteristics and prices of the Products are indicated on the screen in dollars of the United States of America, and may be indicated in Euros or other local currency. Prices include Value-added Tax or any similar tax, and any other applicable tax in the sale of the Products in the Republic of Panama or any other jurisdiction where the WBC invoices the sale of Products, and will be applicable at all times, except for typographical errors. Such taxes will be included in the invoice in detailed form.
Prices on the website do not include ad-valorem fees or import fees or taxes applicable to nationalization of products, or taxes applicable in the destination country. These fees and taxes shall be paid by the Client.
Promotional prices depend on stock and particular characteristics of the Products offered with the promotion.
The prices listed on the website cancel all those previously published and are in force at the time of publication. WBC accepts to make every effort to maintain these prices, although it reserves the right to modify them without prior notice, notifying the Client at the time of order placement. Changes in prices will not affect orders already placed.
Personal data must be indicated with complete accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents in the provision of the Products.
The Products that you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the reservation cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
After selecting the desired Products, the Client must access the cart, where they must fill in the corresponding form that will appear on the screen, together with a summary identifying the selected Products, their total price and applicable taxes.
The Client must confirm the billing information, the information corresponding to the shipment, the shipping method and the information corresponding to the payment.
Finally, the review of the order will be carried out, the data accuracy being exclusively responsibility of the Client. WBC will not be liable to the Client for the mistakes and inaccuracies made in the order, and which appear in the order review.
Depending on the selected payment method, the Client may be redirected to an online payment platform where they can finalize the reservation using any of the accepted payment systems.
Depending on the selected purchase system, the price of the Product could be increased, being informed at the time of making the payment.
Once the phases of the purchase form have been completed, the Client must accept these Conditions.
Confirmed the transaction, the Client will receive an email communication with the information of their reservation and the payment receipt. The non-reception of this message may be due to a transitory problem in communications on the network or to a typing error in the email address provided. In both cases, it is advisable that the Client contact client service through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org..
It is also advisable that the Client review the data included in said email, and in case of detecting any error, contact client service through the email address email@example.com.
Payment methods and security
WBC accept purchases at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
It will only accept payments made through the following systems:
- Credit or debit card accepted by WBC: Through a secure payment gateway.
Confidential data (credit card number, expiration date and CVV) are not sent to our server, but are transmitted directly and in encrypted form through a secure payment gateway, without WBC having access to them.
WBC reserves the right to withhold any product for security reasons, as well as to temporarily deny access to the Products. Affected Clients will be informed. Equally, WBC reserves the right to cancel an order if it is considered that the data provided by the Client cannot be verified, or if it considers that the Product has been acquired by the Client for resale.
WBC will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders derived from the lack of authorization by the payment system.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments will be made through private courier companies. The delivery time of the products will be indicated on the platform together with the order.
The shipping cost is indicated on the platform together with the order.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the time the product is made available to the Client by the carrier, and materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if it shows obvious signs of deterioration.
The product invoice will be generated when your order is closed and you will receive it by email.
WBC is not responsible for possible delays or incidences of delay in the delivery of the product by the courier or transport company.
WBC is not responsible for delays or even impediments in the delivery of the products due to sanitary, transportation, isolation or social immobilization restrictions established by the different countries through which the products need to transit; due to pandemics such as Covid-19 or similar events. The Client must take into account that these delays may occur due to government decisions of the countries, authorities or companies in the closure of borders (air, land or sea), ports, airports or the non-attention of the customs authorities or delays in the customs attentions, or in the lack of suitable transport means to transport the products to the destination. In this case, the delivery terms will be extended in the same period as the delays caused by the events indicated above, without this determining WBC's compliance with the obligations assumed before the Client. If due to any of these events the initial shipment costs increase before WBC has made the delivery, WBC may contact and inform the Client for his acceptance regarding the increase. If the Client does not accept the increase, WBC has the right to cancel the order without assuming any responsibility and will reimburse the Client the price paid at the time of the purchase.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of purchase.
To make a return, the Client must contact WBC by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within the period indicated above and by completing the corresponding withdrawal form, indicated in these General Conditions.
In the event of force majeure that prevents or delays the delivery of the product, WBC will do its best to notify the Client and, if possible, will propose a new delivery date without any liability arising for the Client. Cases of force majeure shall be understood as any that prevents the delivery of the order for reasons beyond the control of any of the parties, including, but not limited to, strikes, war, pandemics, floods or other natural catastrophe, lack or impossibility of supplying materials.
WBC will do everything possible to please all its clients in the demand for the Products. In case of unavailability of the Product after placing the order, the Client will be informed by email of the order cancellation. The speed of the refund in the Client´s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank.
Cancellation of Orders
The Client may cancel without any charge and without providing any reason, the order of any Product, as long as the order has not been processed by WBC. The Client must take into account that the orders will be processed within 48 working hours following the confirmation of the order and the validation of the payment method.
To make the cancellation, the Client must contact the client service department through the email address email@example.com.
If the order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel it. However, the Client may return his order after reception, in accordance with the following return conditions.
