Withdrawal, returns and changes
In case the Client is not satisfied after reception of the Product, they will have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of order reception to execute the right of withdrawal, return or change.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, return or exchange of the purchased product, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging. In addition, it must not have been opened or unsealed.
- It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with its intact original packaging.
The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the reserved product within a period of 30 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 calendar days from the day the Client or a third party acquired material possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify it by completing the withdrawal form that appears at the end of these General Conditions. The form must be sent by email to: email@example.com or by post to WBC address that appears in the introduction of these General Conditions
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to communicate it before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal by the Client, WBC will proceed to process the return, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which the Client informs of the withdrawal decision from the Product purchase and the Product reaches the storages of WBC located in the address that WBC informs timely to the Client.
Said reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used by the Client for the initial transaction.
The Client must send the products directly to WBC to the address that has been informed, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within a period of 30 calendar days from the delivery or 7 days from the notification of withdrawal of the purchase of the Product. The deadline will be considered met if the products return is made before the deadline has expired.
The Client must assume the direct cost of the shipping costs for the return of the Product.
If the purchased Product has a manufacturing or quality defect on the label, the Client may request its return, within the 30 calendar days after acquisition of material possession of the product. To do this, the Client must request it to WBC by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send the deficient Product (in this case to deal with a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs are assumed by WBC) to the address timely indicated by WBC, and it will be exchanged for another identical product at no additional cost to the Client, unless the Client requests a refund, in which case the entire amount paid for the product will be paid within 30 business days after WBC have received the product in their facilities. The refund will be made automatically using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
To request a product change, the Client must contact WBC within 30 calendar days of acquisition of material possession of the Product.

Please include a copy of the invoice or delivery document of the Product, and an explanation of the problem. The deliveries by courier Will only be receive in business hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm
Modification of the Conditions
WBC reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at its sole discretion, when it deems it appropriate without requiring the Client's consent or in order to adapt said texts to legislative or technological changes or to its contractual relationship with third parties. The Client will be duly informed of said modifications by email, or notices/pop-ups on the website, as decided by WBC.
If any part of these General Conditions is contrary to Law and, therefore, declared invalid by a competent tribunal, authority or court, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with Law.
WBC can modify these General Conditions in order to replace the invalid dispositions and add others that comply with the law, without the consent of the Client. For this purpose, will be applicable the dispositions for modification of General Conditions previously mentioned.
Exclusion of guarantees and responsibilities
WBC will not be responsible for delays or failures that occur in the access, function and operation of the website, or its Products, nor for interruptions, suspensions or malfunctions thereof, due to reasons unrelated to WBC or when they have its origin in failures caused by natural catastrophes or situations of force majeure, or extreme urgency, such as strikes, attacks or computer intrusions (computer viruses that affect user devices) or any other situation of force majeure or fortuitous cause.
WBC reserves the right to interrupt access to its website, as well as the provision of any or all of the content provided through it at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance reasons or any type of failure in telecommunications networks or power supply, or for commercial or WBC´s own reasons (without justification). This WBC´s right will not interrupt the current purchase or return procedures of Products.
WBC will not be responsible in case of failures in the website, due to malfunctions or any other cause, that limit or restrict the access to said website, when WBC does not have direct control over them or that has its origin in malicious or culpable actions of the user or due to force majeure or attributable to third parties.
WBC has no responsibility whatsoever for information, data, images of any kind and links published on its website from third parties, not assuming any guarantee as to the veracity and accuracy of the information made available to the users or provided by the users.
Likewise, it will not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages and/or lost profits.
The Client shall hold WBC harmless from any liability that may arise from third party claims about the infringement of rights that may result from their actions.
These General Conditions are governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Panama.
The parties involved undertake to resolve amicably any difference that may arise regarding these General Conditions. In the event that an amicable solution is not possible, and a legal dispute results, both parties agree, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and as long as the Law allows it, to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Panama.
