Exchange and Returns Policy

Exchanges

The customer may request an exchange within 7 business days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The product has not been used.
• It is in perfect condition.
• It retains its original tags and packaging.

Returns

Purchases made through the website are not eligible for cash refunds or exchanges.

In the event of an approved return, a credit note will be issued, valid for a maximum of 30 calendar days, redeemable only in-store.

It is essential to present the purchase receipt or invoice.
