SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions mandatorily regulate access, use, browsing, and contracting of products offered on the Liani Wisdom website, being applicable to all purchase and sale operations carried out both nationally and internationally.

The customer declares to be of legal age and to have legal capacity to enter into purchase and sale contracts.

PRODUCTS

Liani Wisdom markets clothing, footwear, handbags, jewelry, and other fashion accessories.

The images published on the website are for reference purposes and may present slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, photo editing, or screen settings. Such variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

The prices indicated on the website are shown in United States dollars and do not include taxes, duties, or customs charges applicable in the destination country for international purchases.

We only accept payments with credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).

PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase is considered completed when:

• The customer correctly places the order.
• The payment is approved.
• The Company sends an order confirmation email.

Liani Wisdom reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons, in which case any payment received will be fully refunded.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS – NATIONAL PURCHASES

Exchanges

The customer may request an exchange within 7 business days of the purchase date, provided that:

• The product has not been used.
• It is in perfect condition.
• It retains original tags and packaging.

Returns

Purchases made through the website are not eligible for cash refunds or exchanges.

In the event of an approved return, a credit note will be issued, valid for a maximum of 30 calendar days, redeemable only in-store. It is essential to present the purchase receipt or invoice.

*Exchanges and returns are not accepted for sale items, underwear, or accessories.

To request an exchange or return with a Credit Note, the customer must send an email to contact@lianiwisdom.com, indicating the reason for the request and attaching:

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

All international purchases are considered FINAL SALE.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on international orders due to the nature of shipping and customs processes.

It is recommended to carefully review before confirming the purchase:

• Measurements and sizes
• Colors and details

SHIPPING POLICY

National shipping

• Metropolitan Lima: 2 to 5 business days
• Lima Province: 3 to 7 business days

International shipping

Estimated timeframe: 10 to 20 business days

International timeframes are approximate and begin once the purchase has been processed. They may vary depending on the destination country, courier company, customs procedures, logistical availability, or force majeure events.

The international shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout and does not include taxes, duties, or additional charges of the destination country, which must be borne by the customer.

Liani Wisdom will inform the customer, via email and/or WhatsApp, of the shipping status and tracking number when applicable.

LIABILITY

Without prejudice to the rights recognized by current consumer protection regulations, Liani Wisdom shall not be liable for:

• Shipments may experience delays, hold-ups, or retention due to causes attributable to courier companies or customs authorities. Although these situations do not directly depend on Liani Wisdom, the company will assume responsibility for tracking the order and managing delivery or case resolution.
• In the event of damage, deterioration, or loss of the order during transportation, Liani Wisdom will assume the corresponding responsibility, evaluating each case individually and managing the solution applicable to the customer.
• Improper or incorrect use of the purchased products.
• Improper use of the account shall be the responsibility of the account holder.
• It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account.
• Errors in the information provided by the customer (address, contact, personal data).
• Charges, taxes, duties, fees, or penalties applicable to international shipments.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
